Superglue Yourself
This info comes a bit late as my best hiking days are behind me and, unfortunately, about three days of glued fingers are ahead:
I think the only way to get SuperGlue off of your hands is to simply let it wear off. Which brings up the one redeeming value of SuperGlue. If I start to get a blister while on a hike or working in the garden, I put SuperGlue on it. It acts as a protective layer over the sensitive area and lasts for a few days. It's better than a band-aide, for sure.
